Vejutopia has turned into mostly a labor of love. I learned the hard way that setting up a field kitchen for a concession event,is very labor intensive, expensive, and is a good day if you maybe break even. Then you get to do the glamorous part, and go wash and clean up all your equipment. I am grateful for being able to participate in many of the events that I do, bringing vegan alternatives and meeting great people. I'd like to do "samplings" where people get to taste what good vegan foods are like, but this is not easy and it is not cheap. I don't want to beg for money, so have a party and let me cater it!
